I spent 4 months in in-patient eating disorder treatment where I learned how much it ruined my body, mind and life, but I still couldn't give it up.
Before that, I spent all my time obsessing over calories, restricting, and over-excersizing. I pushed everyone away from me, allowing the anorexia to get full control over my life.
I now spent every day in day program, and although it's a mission and a half, I have great people aroud me suppourting me.
In recovery, I'm learning to not be afraid of the numbers in alcohol.
So let's fucking party.
